Information the app stores
Crak stores learning progress and app preferences locally on your device. Examples include completed lessons, earned experience points, onboarding status, tile appearance, haptics, and other settings needed for the app to remember your choices.
This information is not transmitted to Crak, an analytics provider, or an advertising network.
Information we collect
The free first release of Crak does not collect personal data or app activity from the app. It does not create user accounts, show ads, track you across apps or websites, or include third-party analytics.
Deleting local data
You can remove Crak's locally stored information by deleting the app. Apple may also restore app data through device backups according to the backup settings you control with Apple.
External links
Crak may let you open a third-party website, such as a software license page. Choosing an external link leaves Crak. The third party's privacy policy applies to activity on its site.
Support messages
If you use the support email link on the Crak support page, your message is sent to a mailbox at hellonomi.app operated by the app owner. Crak does not collect your message through the app. We use the information you choose to share to respond to your request. Do not send sensitive personal information.
This website
This public website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use advertising technology. Like most hosted websites, the hosting provider may process basic request information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and time of access, to deliver and protect the site. We do not use that information to profile visitors or track them across websites.
Children's privacy
Crak does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. Because the app does not include accounts, advertising, analytics, or social features, it does not request a child's personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if Crak's features or data practices change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
